Interior Designer Kevin Gray’s Williams Island Project Showcased on SoFlo Home Project
Lights! Camera! Action! Kevin Gray Design is honored and thrilled SoFlo Home Project chose our Aventura, Florida, waterfront gut and rebuild on Williams Island to profile on the TV show. Tentatively scheduled to air March 28 at 11 am on Chanel 10 (WPLG), the program features new host design expert Alena Capra with tips and ideas to renovate homes in the South Florida paradise.

- Removed all unnecessary walls and created intimacy with light soffits strategically placed in front of all windows and terrace doors.
- The library was opened with the use of concealed pocket doors.
- The master bedroom combined feminine and masculine elements using Japanese ash nightstands juxtaposed to the white tufted bed and custom ladies vanity.
- The master bathrooms were opened using cracked safety glass shower panels which created additional light into the Jack and Jill master bathrooms.
Interior furnishings are by Holly Hunt classics, mixed with cutting edge 70s antiques off of Miami’s antique row; Mark Zeff, Milo Bauman and Breuton. Signature pillows are from Fortuny NYC.
