33 Riverside Drive is a 17 story cooperative erected in the Art Deco style in 1927 by acclaimed architect George F. Pelham. George and Ira Gershwin once lived in the building in adjoining penthouses above the corner unit we renovated. We worked on this beautiful corner unit with breaking views looking south over Manhattan and West over the Hudson River.
The apartment was a gut and re-build and we worked with Italian classics from B&B Italia, Molteni&C, FLOS and with the client’s beautiful art collection and antique rugs.
