TRIBECA LOFT, NEW YORK, NY, SOLD FOR FULL ASKING PRICE $6 MILLION IN LESS THAN A WEEK, AFTER BEING ON MARKET FOR OVER A YEAR!

This Tribeca loft, with historic and stunning views of lower Manhattan had been on the market for over a year. Kevin Gray Design was then asked to come and stage/style to enhance the views and beauty of this spectacular loft, and it sold in less than a week at FULL ASKING price of $6 million! Kevin added timeless furniture; B&B Italia, BBDW Consoles, custom silk rug, Serge Mouile floor lamp, and a transparent Barcelona table to expose the hand woven solid rug from Forte Studios. The master bedroom was anchored with a custom silk rug, a pair of vintage Polsen lamps. The office was accented with vintage Danish desk and shelving, and a Flos Frisbi pendant light. To create intimacy in the open loft space, Kevin uses white lacquer kitchen cabinets and quartz counters with glass back splashes that open to the living room.
