Kevin Gray designed this Tribeca loft to enhance the stunning views by incorporating all four exposures. With historic views of lower Manhattan in mind, Kevin curated timeless furniture pieces such as B&B Italia and BBDW consoles, a custom silk rug, a Serge Mouile floor lamp, and a transparent Barcelona table to complement the hand-woven solid rug from Forte Studios. The master bedroom was furnished with a custom silk rug and a vintage Polsen lamp, while the office was adorned with a vintage Danish desk and shelving, along with a Flos Frisbi pendant light.

To create intimacy in the open loft space, white lacquer kitchen cabinets and quartz counters with glass backsplashes were used to open up to the living room. This design choice achieves a feeling of separation yet connectedness in this classic loft design.
