MUSEUM TOWER

Kevin Gray (KGD), designed this spectacular, triplex penthouse in newly chic downtown Miami that embodies the city’s modernity, drama, and artistic flair. White glass floors laid on the diagonal reflect the ever-changing angles of the city skyline. Collectible furnishings from Gabriella Crespi, and charcoal gray upholstered sofas complement the clients’ evolving modern art collection. A glass and steel floating staircase provides access to the second level bedrooms, enclosed by glass partitions and draperies. The upper floor includes a private pool deck and stunning trifecta views of Biscayne Bay, the American Airlines Arena, and the sites of Miami’s new museums.
