This Art Deco house, built in 1927 is located in Hollywood, Florida’s historic district, adjacent to private golf course, and is walking distance from the beach. Situated on a corner lot, the house gained recognition as a filming location for the movie ‘The Hours.’ While the house itself exudes the charm of original Art Deco architecture, the kitchen had become outdated since its last renovation in the 1980s. In order to restore the kitchen to match the Art Deco grandeur of the home, Kevin Gray undertook a project to completely gut and rebuild the space.
