Located in Edgewater, the iconic Elysee Miami was designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica. KGD designed a 43rd-floor through-apartment featuring 12-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer unobstructed views east toward Miami Beach, south over Downtown Miami, and west to dramatic sunset skies.
Kevin Gray designed the apartment using a palette of warm earth tones to complement the clients’ collection of artwork and antique rugs, creating a harmonious dialogue throughout the space.

POWDER ROOM | Showcases one of KGD’s signature wallpaper selections — a favourite Phillip Jeffries wallpaper paired with a bright Robern Vitality circular mirror, designed to place the client’s painting on display.
VERSATILE OFFICE | A Brass Orbit Lamp by Kevin Gray sits on a KGD custom-designed Wenge Wood partner’s Desk with a hanging document organiser integrated as the final drawer. Complementing the dark wood is a Ginger Swivel Chair by Roberto Lazzeroni for Poltrona Frau. A sleeper sofa for guests is flanked by two KGD custom side tables in matching Wenge Wood. The entire space is elegantly illuminated by Flos Smithfield Fixtures.
