33 Riverside Drive is a 17-story cooperative building erected in the Art Deco style in 1927 by acclaimed architect George F. Pelham. George and Ira Gershwin once lived in the building in adjoining penthouses above the corner unit we renovated. We worked on this beautiful corner unit with breathtaking views looking south over Manhattan and west over the Hudson River.
The apartment underwent a complete gut renovation, and we incorporated Italian classics from B&B Italia, Molteni&C, and Flos, along with the client’s exquisite art collection and antique rugs.
