Nava + Arosio Studio x Italamp Dalì                  Precioso Lighting
Paolo Nav and Luca Arosio, the young and talented duo – also my former classmates from NABA Milan – have designed numerous products for Italian companies such as Rubelli casa and Italamp. The Dalì pendants are thin glass panels hung over a delicate chrome half-ring.

The Spanish brand Precioso, whose collections are primarily a modern take on traditional style lighting, is most recognized for its extraordinary (and sometimes interactive) bespoke installations for hotels, restaurants and airports.

Ingo Maurer
Known for his eccentric lights, Ingo Maurer’s stand was a fresh sighting at the EuroLuce pavilion with the strong splashes of color and playful, peculiar designs.

zieta | Kevin Gray Design at Milan Design WeekSalone del Mobile Fair + EuroLuceziesta
is a Polish brand whose pieces are sculptural art and furniture. Some say they are like the child of Anish Kapoor and Zaha Hadid, yet surprisingly quite affordable!

Arturo Alvarez Leria Series| Kevin Gray Design at Milan Design WeekSalone del Mobile Fair + EuroLuce

Arturo Alvarez Leria Series
Arturo Alvarez is a creator of emotional and poetic light. This particular series is made up of multiple wire “masks” which hang on barely visible wires about two feet from a wall and are lit up by a single, small spotlight. As the masks naturally twist in the air, the shadows created on the wall resemble a dance ensemble.
