Kevin Gray (KGD) designed this spectacular 10 Museum Park triplex penthouse in newly chic downtown Miami’s Museum Mile. White glass floors were installed on the grid to reflect the ever changing angles of Miami’s skyline. Collectible furnishings from Gabriella Crespi, Edra, Breuton and Pace. African art pieces were used. A custom glass and steel floating staircase provides access to second floor bedrooms, enclosed by glass partitions and draperies. The upper floor includes a private pool deck with stunning views of Biscayne Bay, American Airlines Arena, Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the Frost Science Museum. The clients’ modern and African art is juxtaposed throughout the apartment alongside the sleek architecture and breathtaking views of Miami.
