For this mid-1980s tower on Williams Island in Aventura, Florida, interior designer Kevin Gray of Kevin Gray Design created a 21st-century chic by removing all unnecessary walls and creating intimacy with light soffits strategically placed in front of all windows and terrace doors. The library was also opened with the use of concealed pocket doors.
