TRIBECA LOFT, NEW YORK CITY, STAGED BY KEVIN AND HIS TEAM AT KEVIN GRAY DESIGN
SOLD FOR FULL ASKING PRICE OF $6 MILLION WITHIN 1 WEEK
This Tribeca loft with historic and stunning views of lower Manhattan had been on the market for over a year. Kevin Gray Design was then asked to come and stage/style to enhance the views and beauty of this spectacular loft, and it sold in less than a week at FULL ASKING price of $6 million! Kevin added timeless furniture; B&B Italia, BBDW consoles, custom silk rug, Serge Mouile floor lamp, and a transparent Barcelona table to expose the handwoven silk rug from Fort Street Studios.
The master bedroom was anchored with a custom silk rug and a pair of vintage Polsen lamps.
The office was accented with a Flos Frisbi pendant light. To achieve intimacy in the open loft space, Kevin created a feeling of separation yet connectedness in this classic loft design.
