Interior Designer Kevin Gray’s Bay Harbor Island Project Showcased on SoFlo Home Project

The team at Kevin Gray Design was honored and thrilled that SoFlo Home Project selected our Bal Harbor, Florida waterfront gut and rebuild on Bay Harbor Island to profile on the TV show. Airing March 30 at 11 am on Chanel 10 (WPLG), the program features design expert Martin Amado who transforms homes and lives throughout South Florida.

Artistic Luxury on Bay Harbor Island

This Bay Harbor Island home overlooking Indian Creek Golf Course was a complete gut and rebuild, orchestrating an enthralling composition. The design included all impact new windows, a new state of the art kitchen with white glass Miele appliances. Custom-made French oak floors give this residence an organic and natural base.

The new spa bathroom utilizes eco-friendly recycled porcelain materials emulating Calcutta marble, LED lighting, a spa bathtub with a 24″ rain shower, and separate toilet and bidet. KGD added a glass wall to provide privacy for the tub and sinks.

The master and guest bedrooms all feature ample comfortable and inviting TV seating areas.

Here are the #BeforeAndAfter floor plans of the gut renovation:

The decor includes art deco furnishings fused with mid-century classics by Eileen Gray, Rietveld, Corbusier, B&B Italia, Bang & Olufsen TVs and speakers and eco-friendly LED warm lighting to create the eclectically beautiful style.
